Brandon's Cookout

So towards the end of the summer Brandon, who is not living with Jt yet, decides he wants to have a cookout at his place. Jt's going to come up and they are going to grill up some burgers and stuff. Interesting. Well it was also our planning night for Gatlinburg so not only were Jt and Brandon and I there, but also Megan, Mike, and Cici... it was DEFINITELY an interesting night. :-)

The first thing the guys have to do?? Obviously it's pull out some charcoal and light up the new grill that Brandon had bought. Not before Jt and Brandon end up spending almost an hour putting it together. The process was a slow but steady one with Jt and Brandon trying multiple times to get the charcoal to light. ((Is this a chronic problem with the guys I know?? Gatlinburg May 2000 what?? There are so few who are going to get that, but that's the point of my website... hehehehe)) So the process is a slow but steady one with multiple matches and a lot of "male grunts" released. Thank God they finally figured out how to freakin do it. After all their hard work it seemed only right that I at least snap ONE pitcure of them with their finally completed fire. Hah.

So the guys stay outside and continue their male bonding over... meat on a burning surface... right. Megan, Cici, and I stayed inside watching DVD's and playing around. Brandon eventually came in and did some dishes. Get ready girls... this is a real life picture of a MAN DOING DISHES!!! NOT ONLY A MAN! BUT BRANDON! haha.

Yes folks, it is possible. Men do know what a sink is supposed to be used for. If you would like to note the fact that there isn't a cappucino or coffee maker in the apartment yet this is true. Those two items were bought on a binge one night along with their "Ficus" which still has the tag attached. So sad. So sad. Hahahaha.

After some wonderful burgers the guys get out some alcoholic beverages and Mike ends up racing a young girl from Bass Pro Shops (the place where Brandon and Jt work) in a beer drinking contest. One beer as fast as you can. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. Hahaha.
